1977 Albin Deluxe w/ Custom Galvanized Trailer
After spending a considerable amount of time researching the conditions surrounding Alaskan waters and looking for a boat that was best suited for the coastal environments found in Valdez, Juneau and Homer, one boat stood out. The Albin 25 is a Swedish made boat that integrates stability, safety, and efficiency. It’s long keel offers constant tracking in rough seas at low speeds where stern driven boats fail. At 8 knots per hour, it needs a small amount of diesel fuel to go a long way.
